Kammer PFA lined control valve trims to define flow
Each valve must be carefully selected to match the customer’s process requirements and it’s important to remember that almost no two control valve applications are the same.
The Kammer control valve has an extensive range of plugs and seats to suit each bore size giving a wide range of control options for that line size. We can offer DN15 / 1/2″ NB valves which can accurately control flow as low as 0.01 Kvs. Where as the 6” valve can offer a maximum flow of 340 Kvs. For smaller flows up to 2.5 Kvs the valve utilizes a Hastelloy plug.

Not only can trims be selected to provide the optimum flow but also how the flow is controlled between these minimum and maximum values changing the characteristics of the valve. As a standard we supply the valves with an equal percentage trim but there are also options to provide a linear trim if required.
There is no need for our customers to understand all of the available options of the Kammer range to be able to select the right valve, because after we receive the standard flow control requirements we can use the Kammer valve sizing program to ensure the optimum valve is offered.
