ARV2/SG Combined Check Valve and Bulls Eye Sight Glass Sight Glasses & Gauges

The ARV2/SG is a Bulls Eye Sight Glass incorporating a fully functioning ball check valve. 

Features

It has 2 borosilicate glass windows and a PFA lined ductile iron body with stainless steel fasteners. Featuring T slots to securely lock the liner into its housing.

Functions

In normal flow conditions, the valves solid PTFE ball is pushed away from its seat and fluid flows through the valve, if the flow reverses the ball is pushed firmly back into its seat and prevents flow through the valve. Along with the process stream, the state of the check valve and hence flow direction can be easily seen through the windows.

Virgin PTFE internals are used to guide the ball, from within the body. The use of PTFE and PFA means that it has near universal process corrosion resistance.
