If you’re looking for corrosion resistant High-performance bellows, CRP offer the superior solution.

Our unique manufacturing processes and third-party pressure tests ensure the durability and safe longevity of our bellows in high pressure environments. Our bellows cover 22 sizes from DN25/1” to DN1050/42”. As manufacturers we can tailor the bellows to your specific needs from requiring flanges of differing nominal bores, to tie rods with spherical washers.

There are a number of features that set our bellows apart:

PTFE Convolutions: Our bellows have stress-free convolutions with a uniform PTFE wall thickness. The number of convolutions is important, as more convolutions provide greater movement but reduce pressure and vacuum performance.

Flanges: Available to all international piping standards, including ASME, JIS and DIN. Each flange is precision drilled and painted with ultra-high-temperature paint, ensuring durability. The internal shape of our flanges minimise stress on the PTFE bellows.

Root Rings: These x-ray tested, high-grade stainless-steel rings sit at the base of each convolution, providing vital support for PTFE, especially when exposed to high temperatures.

Tie Rods: Ready-to-use tie rods, Factory-set to max. movement to prevent overextension, they are robust enough to absorb full pressure thrust.

Limit Sleeves: Standard on all CRP bellows – but not standard in the market, limit sleeves protect the convolutions by preventing over-compression.

Data Labels & Name Plates: We are proud of our PTFE bellows, that’s why you will find the CRP name on all our bellows. Our data labels provide comprehensive information about each bellows, including part number, serial number, and performance details – another feature which is not standard in the market.

Vacuum Performance: Due to the superior design and manufacturing process, our bellows have extraordinary high vacuum resistance! Bellows up to DN250/10” dia. are suitable for a usage under full vacuum up to 150°C, for large diameter bellows we supply internal vacuum support rings to provide full vacuum resistance.

Quality testing: Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Every CRP FluoroFlow bellows undergoes a rigorous pressure test at 1.5 times the maximum pressure rating. To back up our claims independent tests have been conducted by TÜV-Germany which have confirmed the superior pressure ratings of our bellows. CRP Bellows are designed to be safe and long lasting, offering residual safety factor of 2, even after 10 years in operation.
