MACH 1 Plug Valve ASME 600
The next generation of plug valve from Durco.
A pair of PFA encapsulated taper seat inserts replaces the PTFE sleeve used in the G4 series. Many unique features allow the valve to perform to a higher level than comparable plug valves.

Available in a wide range of alloys to suit the process from carbon steel up to Zirconium / Hastelloy etc. As with all other Durco plug valves, the plug and be reseated whilst the valve remains inline. A live loaded reverse lip PFA diaphragm provides secondary stem sealing to keep emissions to a minimum.
The Mach 1 is available in sizes 1”NB up to 6”NB in class 150, class 300 and class 600 (derated) designs.
